Ninety – Nine

The Lord made nothing as divine
As a big and creamy ninety-nine.
Many hardened men have flipped
The first time they had ice cream whipped.
It’s so much nicer than the ball.
There’s no comparison at all.
And it is always a mistake,
Neglecting to insert the flake.
The contrast twixt the brown and white
Is such a gastronome’s delight.
And then, to top it all, I swear
Some thick red syrup everywhere.
